We had an amazing view from our spacious room with a balcony, great to enjoy the fine scenery of the mountains and river. The staff at the reception desk were helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The proximity to the Sanctuary and main streets was convenient. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a small bathroom and no in-room kettle, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Helpful & friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. Good breakfast. Manager filled our flask. Short walk to the grotto. Calm atmosphere. Surprise reservation issue, but quickly resolved. Clean, spacious room & bathroom. No trouble during stay. Convenient bus stop. Free parking across the river. Seasonal facilities limitations.

This hotel is in a great location, with stunning views of the mountains and a beautiful river nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious, with some even having private balconies. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering assistance and recommendations throughout our stay. The continental breakfast is tasty, although it could have more variety.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with amazing views of the mountains and the river. Being right next to the river made it easy for me to enjoy leisurely walks along its banks. the hotel's cleanliness was perfect, and the rooms were basic but comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience more fun. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely courtyard where I could relax with a coffee or a beer. the best aspects of this hotel were its convenient location next to the river and its really good cleanliness and facilities.
